The Who are coming back to Ottawa. The Rock & Roll legends have announced a Quadrophenia tour this fall, performing their 1973 rock opera in its entirety. Rolling Stone has the details. The group has also announced that they will honour tickets from a cancelled 1979 show in Rhode Island.
Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe finally spoke to the media, regarding his 4th degree murder charge in the Czech Republic here. He maintains his innocence, and is still being held, in spite of posting bail.
Southern Ontario Punk Rockers The Creepshow have announced on their Facebook Page that they have parted ways with singer Sarah “Sin” Blackwood. Her work as a solo artist, along with the viral video sensation Walk Of The Earth are listed as the contributing factors for the separation. The group has a new singer, and is already working on a new record and a fall tour.
Propagandhi have made a few announcements, including that of a new single, and album. ‘Failed States’ (the LP) comes out in September.
